B. Processing & Delivery Time

Order Processing Time: Within 24 hours (Monday – Friday).
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (Monday – Friday).

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped using trusted shipping partners such as USPS, 4PX, or other equivalent logistics providers depending on the destination and availability.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our customer support immediately.

If the parcel has already been delivered before the damage was discovered, please contact us within 24 hours and provide photographs of the damaged package and products so we can assist you promptly.
